fulfilled at the price that was shown at checkout, subject to the

but we will honour all orders that have been confirmed.

We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our 
products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will 
display colours with perfect accuracy.

FORCE MAJEURE

Nordi Paw shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance 
resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including 
but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, 
civil unrest, strikes, government restrictions, carrier disruptions, 
customs delays, factory closures during Chinese New Year or other 
national holidays, or failures of third-party service providers.

In such cases, we will notify affected customers as soon as reasonably 
possible and work to fulfil orders within an extended timeframe. 
Customers retain their statutory right to cancel orders that cannot 
be fulfilled within 30 days.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

— we aim to resolve issues within 24 hours.

EU customers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute 
Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are 
committed to resolving disputes out of court where possible.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Finland, without 
affecting the mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of 
your country of residence.

For consumer disputes, you may bring proceedings in either the courts 
of Finland or the courts of your country of residence, at your choice. 
The language of the contract is English.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid 
under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to 
the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain
